Her source of inspiration was initiated by an appreciation of nature nurtured by an exquisite sequence of flower paintings executed, almost two decades ago, by her father, Jamil Naqsh, Pakistan’s eminent modern master. However over a period of time, Mona has evolved independently establishing herself as one of the most distinguished painters of her generation. Her work has travelled widely to considerable acclaim.
